livedropr is an AI co-pilot for live-commerce sellers. It generates pitch suggestions, pricing guidance, product information, scripts, and related selling assistance based on data you provide and, where you request it, automated web research. livedropr is a tool that assists YOU, the seller — it does not host your shows, process your buyers' payments, or participate in your sales.
You must be 18+ and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Seats are per your subscription tier.
livedropr ingests catalog data, costs, prices, floors, transcripts, and other materials you choose to provide, and uses them AS PROVIDED. You represent that you have the rights to the data you upload and that it is accurate. livedropr is not responsible for errors in seller-provided data or for any consequence of relying on it — including claims, statements, or prices communicated to your buyers based on that data. If your data is wrong, what livedropr builds from it will be wrong: please keep it current.
Suggestions, pitches, prices, research facts, and other AI-generated output are informational aids, not professional, legal, or financial advice. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before using it and for every statement you make in your shows and listings, including product claims made to your customers. Disputes between you and your buyers are between you and your buyers; livedropr is not a party to your transactions.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of the marketplaces and platforms where you sell (Whatnot, TikTok Shop, eBay, Facebook, and others). livedropr is independent of, and unaffiliated with, those platforms.
If your plan includes transcript learning, you may upload show transcripts so livedropr can learn your selling style. You confirm you have the right to upload that content. Deleting a transcript removes the transcript; selling-style patterns already derived from it may persist (see Privacy Policy). Voice input is processed by your browser's speech service; livedropr does not receive or store your audio.
Plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe at the prices shown at livedropr.com/pricing. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded. We may change prices with notice effective at your next renewal. Usage limits (such as daily research look-ups) apply per tier.
Free trial length. New Starter and Pro subscriptions may start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin; you are not charged at signup. Studio and Team plans do not include a free trial.
Automatic renewal & first charge. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, at the end of the 7-day trial your card is automatically charged the price of the plan you selected at checkout — $49.99/mo for Starter (or $499/yr if you chose annual) or $99/mo for Pro (or $999/yr if you chose annual) — and your subscription renews automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
Reminder. We email you before your trial ends and first charge — sent within the window required by applicable automatic-renewal law — and we show your exact trial-end date and renewal price in your account throughout the trial.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account in two steps — the same number of steps it takes to sign up, from the same place. If you cancel before your trial ends, you are not charged. If you cancel after a charge, your plan remains active through the end of the paid period; charges already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices on renewal with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance (subject to any stricter consent requirement under applicable law).
livedropr helps you run better shows. We make no promise about sales, revenue, or business results.
No reverse engineering, reselling access, scraping, abusive load, unlawful use, or uploading content you lack rights to. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
We own the service; you own your data and your shows. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data. Your identifiable business data — catalog, voice profile, transcripts, and derived learnings — is never used to provide the service to other sellers. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to improve livedropr.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, OR DISPUTES WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your data, your shows, your product claims, or your violation of these terms or of a platform's rules.
Vermont law governs. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified and apply at your next renewal. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
