Every issue gets a real reply. How fast depends on your plan:
AI responses can take 2–5 seconds during peak times. We're rolling out streaming so text appears word-by-word. If it's consistently slow, check your internet connection first (livedropr wants a stable 50+ Mbps and a real browser, not a social app's in-app browser). If the problem persists, email founder@livedropr.com with your tenant name and the time of your show.
Make sure the item name in your catalog matches how you refer to it in chat. You can add nicknames/aliases to catalog items in Settings → Catalog. If it still can't find it, try being more specific (e.g. "Rare Beauty Soft Pinch blush" instead of "blush").
Upload more voice clips in Settings → Profile → Voice tab. The system retrains your voice profile automatically. Studio customers get advanced voice tuning controls.
You can only run one show at a time. End your current show first, then start a new one. If you need to manage multiple shows simultaneously, contact us about Team access.

We bill month-to-month, so instead of a refund process you simply cancel anytime — no questions asked, no contracts. End your subscription before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged again.
Nope. livedropr runs in your browser — no app, no extension, no broadcaster software. We recommend Chrome or Safari on a desktop or laptop next to your show camera.

If you're a paying livedropr seller and something is broken during a live show, email founder@livedropr.com with the subject line "URGENT: mid-show issue" — we respond within 60 minutes during active-use hours (Mon–Sun, 10 AM – 11 PM ET). Show-blocking issues get same-day handling on any tier.
