Why is the AI slow during my show?

AI responses can take 2–5 seconds during peak times. We're rolling out streaming so text appears word-by-word. If it's consistently slow, check your internet connection first (livedropr wants a stable 50+ Mbps and a real browser, not a social app's in-app browser). If the problem persists, email founder@livedropr.com with your tenant name and the time of your show.

The AI can't find my catalog item — what do I do?

Make sure the item name in your catalog matches how you refer to it in chat. You can add nicknames/aliases to catalog items in Settings → Catalog. If it still can't find it, try being more specific (e.g. "Rare Beauty Soft Pinch blush" instead of "blush").

My pitches don't sound like me — how do I fix that?

Upload more voice clips in Settings → Profile → Voice tab. The system retrains your voice profile automatically. Studio customers get advanced voice tuning controls.

How do I start a second live show?

You can only run one show at a time. End your current show first, then start a new one. If you need to manage multiple shows simultaneously, contact us about Team access.

Will livedropr write entire shows for me?

No — that's not what we built. livedropr is a co-pilot. You're still on camera, you're still running the show. We handle the brain work in the background: pitches, margin watch, catalog lookup, bundle suggestions. You stay the host.

What's the difference between Starter, Pro, Studio, and Team?

Starter ($49.99/mo) is the entry plan — the real-time co-pilot for your first shows. Pro ($99/mo) is self-serve and adds the bundle builder, pitch variations, and pre-show prep, cancel anytime. Studio ($199/mo) is self-serve too and adds AI continuous learning, emailed recaps, multi-show analytics, a custom objection bank, and Buyer Notes (VIP memory), no setup fee. Do you offer refunds?

We bill month-to-month, so instead of a refund process you simply cancel anytime — no questions asked, no contracts. End your subscription before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged again.

Do I need to install anything?

Nope. livedropr runs in your browser — no app, no extension, no broadcaster software. We recommend Chrome or Safari on a desktop or laptop next to your show camera.

Broken mid-show?

If you're a paying livedropr seller and something is broken during a live show, email founder@livedropr.com with the subject line "URGENT: mid-show issue" — we respond within 60 minutes during active-use hours (Mon–Sun, 10 AM – 11 PM ET). Show-blocking issues get same-day handling on any tier.
