Account details (name, email); your business data (catalog items, costs, prices, templates, voice profile, uploaded transcripts); chat text — without author names — extracted in your browser during shows where you turn on Monitor chat (see Monitor chat); product usage and diagnostic data; payment status via Stripe (we never see full card numbers).
To run the service: generate selling assistance from your data, personalize your AI to your selling style, meter plan limits, bill your subscription, improve reliability, and message you about the service. We do not sell your data. Your identifiable business data — catalog, voice profile, transcripts, and derived learnings — is never used to provide the service to other sellers. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to improve livedropr.
Your prompts and relevant business data are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate output. Automated web research happens only for items you sell and is stored in your catalog.
Microphone features use your browser's built-in speech service. Audio is handled by your browser; livedropr receives only the resulting text and never stores audio recordings.
Monitor chat is optional and off by default. To turn it on, you explicitly share your show window through your browser's screen-share prompt, and that share applies to that show only. Frames from the shared window are read inside your browser; only the chat text extracted there is processed by livedropr. livedropr doesn't track who said what — author names aren't collected or stored. Only message text is processed, the same text anyone in the room can see. We never store screenshots, video, or audio. You can stop with one tap at any time, and reading stops the moment you stop sharing.
Uploaded transcripts are processed to extract your selling-style patterns. If you delete a transcript, the file is removed; patterns already derived from it may persist until you ask us to remove them — email us and we'll delete them.
Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), Resend (transactional email), Omnisend (marketing email), Sentry (error monitoring), Slack (internal operations), and — on this marketing site — analytics and advertising tools: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics, heatmaps, and session replay), and Meta and TikTok (conversion measurement and ad attribution; see Advertising partners & measurement and Cookies & analytics). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Our marketing site (the public pages at livedropr.com) uses first-party cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people find and use the site; Clarity also captures de-identified session replays and heatmaps of page interactions. These first-party cookie signals are also shared with our advertising partners for measurement (see Advertising partners & measurement). The livedropr app itself uses only functional cookies needed to keep you signed in — no advertising cookies run inside the app.
To see whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases, our marketing site and checkout share a limited set of data with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok through their advertising tools — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and the TikTok Pixel and Events API. Specifically, we share:
That is all we send. We do not share names, catalog data, business data, or any other personal information with advertising partners, and the only purpose is measurement, attribution, and advertising. Consistent with the rest of this policy, we do not sell your data.
You can opt out: use your browser's cookie and tracking controls to block these cookies, and use the ad and data controls that Meta, TikTok, and Google offer in their own account settings (including ad-personalization and off-platform-activity controls). Opting out affects measurement only — it never changes your access to livedropr.
Email founder@livedropr.com to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Account deletion removes your business data within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing/legal purposes. Marketing emails have an unsubscribe link; service emails are part of having an account.
livedropr is for business use by adults 18+; it is not directed at children.
