Getting started

Which plan should I pick?

Most active solo sellers start on Live Seller Pro. Want more — AI that keeps learning across your shows, emailed recaps, multi-show analytics, a custom objection bank, and Buyer Notes for your regulars? Seller Studio is the move: it's self-serve too, in the app the same day. Teams, agencies, and multi-host operations should request Team access.

How long does onboarding actually take?

On Live Seller Pro: under an hour, self-serve. Seller Studio is self-serve too — you start the same day. Only Team is set up on a call. Either way, you're ready for your next show.

What if my shop isn't a fit?

livedropr is built for sellers who actively run live shows on at least one platform. If that's you, you can start today. Not sure it fits your category yet? Email us and we'll be straight about whether it's a fit.

Pricing & billing

What's the difference between Pro and Studio?

Live Seller Pro is the self-serve plan — you import your catalog, set up your voice, and onboard yourself in under an hour. Seller Studio is self-serve too — in the app the same day — and it unlocks AI continuous learning across your shows, multi-show trend analytics, a custom ObjectionBank, Buyer Notes (VIP memory), and emailed post-show recaps. Studio sellers also get a tighter support SLA (4–8 hours vs 8–72).

Can I cancel anytime?

Cancel anytime, no questions asked. Month-to-month, no contracts — if livedropr isn't right for your shop, end your subscription before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged again.

Do you take a cut of my GMV?

No. Flat subscription, that's it. Your sales are your sales — we don't touch them.

Can livedropr keep me from pricing too low?

livedropr gives pricing guidance grounded in your costs — safe starting prices, floors, and warnings before you price below your own minimums. Your pricing decisions always stay yours.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — Starter, Pro, and Studio can bill monthly or annually, with 2 months free on annual (the toggle on the pricing page shows both cycles side by side). All three check out directly. Team pricing is set up on a call.

Platforms & setup

Do I need to install anything?

No app, no extension, no broadcaster software. livedropr runs in a browser tab — full-screen on a tablet if you add it to your home screen. You go live on Whatnot or TikTok exactly the way you already do.

What platforms do you support?

Whatnot, TikTok Shop, eBay Live, Posh Shows, and Palmstreet. Your catalog, voice, and selling judgment follow you across every platform you run.

Does livedropr adapt to MY platform?

Yes — you set the platform per show (Whatnot auction, TikTok Shop Live, eBay Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live) and pitches, urgency, and call-to-action style adapt to how selling actually works there.

How fast do you respond to support requests?

Support SLA scales with your plan. Live Seller Pro: 8–72 hours. Seller Studio: 4–8 hours. Team: 1–4 hours. Team is also set up on a hands-on call.

Do I need a tablet, or does my phone work?

Both. We recommend a tablet next to your camera for the best glanceable layout, but the same console runs on your phone or laptop.

Voice & catalog

Do you record or listen to my shows?

Record — never. Audio — still never: voice features run through your browser's speech service, so livedropr receives text only. Chat is read only if you turn on Monitor chat by sharing your show window — and even then, frames are read in your browser. livedropr doesn't track who said what — author names aren't collected or stored. Only message text is processed, the same text anyone in the room can see. No screenshots, video, or audio are ever stored. Off by default, one tap to stop.

Does livedropr ever type in my chat?

Never. With Monitor chat on, livedropr can suggest a reply you can copy and paste yourself — but it never posts to your chat, comments, or messages on its own. You're always the one who hits send.

Will watching my own show count me as a viewer?

If you open your own show's viewer page in a second tab to share your chat, some platforms may count that as a view. It's how the two-device setup works when you stream from your phone and run livedropr on a tablet or computer — totally optional.

Why does a suggested answer sometimes say 'let me check the listing'?

livedropr only answers from your real product facts. If it can't confirm something from your catalog or notes, it says so honestly instead of making something up — so you never accidentally promise a buyer something that isn't true.

What if the data I upload is wrong?

livedropr uses your catalog exactly as you provide it — costs, prices, floors. If something's off, the suggestions built on it will be off too, so keep it current. Your pricing decisions and product claims always stay yours. See our Terms.

What happens if I delete a transcript?

The transcript is removed; selling-style patterns already learned from it may persist — email us to remove those too.

Do I need to pre-list my inventory?

No. Keep a catalog or pull items live — your call. Describe anything inline during your show and the AI writes the pitch, the bundle math, and the hype in your voice. A catalog just makes lookups faster; it's never required.

How does the seller voice get trained?

You share a few past show clips during onboarding. We pull your cadence, your hype phrases, even your emoji habits — and tune the agent so the pitches sound like you, not a chatbot.

Can I edit the catalog after onboarding?

Yes. Add, remove, reprice, and re-tag products anytime. The catalog is yours; we just keep it in sync with what the agent sees during your shows.

What if I sell across multiple categories?

That's a Studio thing. Multi-category sellers get category-specific tuning so the agent knows when to lean into "bread and butter" versus "high margin, peak attention" pacing.
