livedropr is a Hart and Company product — a small studio building tools for live commerce sellers.
I'm Sarah — a single mom, a director of PMO at a software company delivering government contracts, and a live commerce seller. Most days I'm helping teams ship complex software. Most nights I'm running live shows.
livedropr didn't start as a company. It started as a hack to survive my own shows.
Running 4–5 lives a week, I was doing pricing math, remembering product details, reading chat, and trying to land the right pitch — all at once, on camera, while the room moved on without me. Live commerce is one of the few jobs where the work itself is the bottleneck: buyers want YOU, so you can't scale by hiring, and it burns out even pro sellers. I tried generic AI tools and they were useless — they didn't know live commerce, they didn't know my products, and they definitely didn't know my voice.
So I built my own AI agent to ride along with my shows — one that knew my catalog, watched the room, and fed me the right thing to say and the right price to hold, in the moment. It worked. My shows got calmer and my margins got better.
And I didn't build it alone. livedropr was built with a team of domestic violence survivors — women rebuilding their independence, who know firsthand why work that bends around your life matters.

Every live seller I knew was struggling with the same things.
So we kept building.
